The board of directors of the Orange Cyberdefense Sweden AB, reg.no 556589-7211, and the board of directors of the Orange Cyberdefense Norway AS, reg.no 981 548 280, has proposed to proceed with an upstream cross-border merger by absorption (the “Merger”), whereby the Orange Cyberdefense Norway AS will be merged into the Cyberdefense Sweden AB and dissolved without liquidation. Upon completion of the Merger, all assets and liabilities of the Orange Cyberdefense Norway AS will be transferred to the Cyberdefense Sweden AB.
Shareholders, creditors and employees or representatives of employees of Orange Cyberdefense Sweden AB and Orange Cyberdefense Norway AS may submit written comments on the merger plan. Any comments must be addressed as per the instructions in the notice document.
