Vi har beslutat att vi vill dela ut stipendiet till ”Deepfakes inom social engineering och brottsutredningar”av Christoffer Björklund. Med motiveringen som lyder:
”The author has presented a topic which does not only affect the population of Sweden, but citizens all over the world. There is a clear ethical dilemma present in which certain practices, utilized to reinforce the integrity of an individual, can also be exploited with malicious intents. As technology keeps evolving, and in a time where we rely on digital sources of information, we can only expect to see the effects of this practice, both beneficial and harmful, in the near future.”
