Where will the summit be held? 

The summit will be at The Pestana Amsterdam Riverside, Amsteldijk 67,1074 HZ Amsterdam. The hotel´s location allows you to enjoy easy access to the city´s major attractions. Amsterdam Schiphol Airport and Amsterdam Central train station can easily be accessed by taxi or train.  Phone: +31 20 220 69 00. Get directions here. 

What are the accommodation arrangements? 

Your accommodation will be taken care of by us. Please note check-in time will be from 4:00pm on September 13th and check-out will be 11:00am on September 14th at The Pestana Amsterdam Riverside hotel. Breakfast is complimentary and will be served in the Archive restaurant located on the lower ground floor between 7:00 AM - 10:00 AM.

Can I check my bags at the hotel? 

Yes, you will be able to leave your luggage with the concierge team and they will take it to your room when it’s ready. 

What are the parking arrangements? 

Complimentary parking is available around the venue. Please email us ahead of the event to confirm your arrival time. 

Are there any organized shuttles? 

Yes, there will be shuttles that will take you from the Pestana Amsterdam Riverside hotel to the cocktail hour and dinner at the Hotel Okura Amsterdam and back to the Pestana. 

What is the dress code for the event? 

The dress code is business casual. 

What do I need to bring to check-in to the event? 

Please bring your confirmation email to our registration desk located in the hotel’s lobby.   

Will the event be recorded? 

Certain aspects of the summit will be recorded (by audio, visual and/or other means) for internal use. If you have any objections to this, let us know. 

Does the venue have accessibility options? 

Yes, the venue has accessible entrances and ramped access throughout and lifts to the event areas.
