Survey Privacy Notice

Welcome to the Orange Cyberdefense customer engagement survey. As used in this notice, “Orange Cyberdefense” refers to Orange Cyberdefense SA, a company governed by the laws of France whose registered office is located at 54, Place de l’Ellipse – CS 80094, 92983 Paris La Défense Cedex, France, and registered with the Commercial Register under number 892377532, and/or any affiliate within the Orange Cyberdefense group.

Please read this notice before voluntarily submitting your responses.

This survey is performed by Orange Cyberdefense,  with the support of Insocial B.V. (“InSocial”), which will act as Orange Cyberdefense’s data processor.

The legal basis for sending you an invitation to participate in this survey is Orange Cyberdefense’s legal interest in getting feedback from its customers on their level of satisfaction with Orange Cyberdefense’s products and services. Your participation in this survey is voluntary, so the legal basis for the processing of your answers to this survey is your free and informed consent.

The responses to the survey will be kept for a maximum term of 12 months after the end of this survey. The responses will be used by Orange Cyberdefense to obtain information and feedback on your level of satisfaction with Orange Cyberdefense products and services, and for Orange Cyberdefense to continue improving them.

Please note that, while most results will be aggregated and shall not identify individual respondents, this survey is not intended to be entirely anonymous. Your responses may be attributed to you, primarily to enable the Orange Cyberdefense affiliate (with whom you have a contractual relationship) to contact you for further feedback or to address any concerns or suggestions you may have. Additionally, if necessary, your responses may be shared with relevant subcontractors to address specific issues you may raise.

The personal data processed may include your name, job title, professional email address, and the name of your employer or the organization you represent (if applicable).

The recipients of survey results will be:

• Dedicated Orange Cyberdefense marketing, service delivery, and product development staff; and
• Affected subcontractors (if any), as detailed above.

Your anonymous data will be processed outside the European Union by the marketing teams of Orange Cyberdefense UK.

The warranty of this transfer is an adequate decision.

You have the right to access your personal data, request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request its deletion.

 You can also define limits on its use, as opposed to the processing of your data.

 You can withdraw your consent for specific purposes.

 For France: you can also have the right to define directives relating to the conservation, deletion and communication of his or her personal data after your death.
