Chemical Industry: OT mapping and segmentation

The Challenge

As part of the security of its factories, a group of manufacturers of flavours, fragrances and cosmetic active-ingredients wishes to set up a segmentation of the IT/OT equipment of its factories.

A pilot site based in Hungary was chosen.

• Asset inventory and cartography
• Visit of the plant and interviews with business representatives to identify manufacturing processes and constraints
• Identification of vulnerabilities (flows, configuration of workstations, servers, maintainers, …)
• Presentation of the results, a mitigation plan for vulnerabilities and segmentation within its industrial network
