Reflecting on Orange Cyberdefense Live: Conversations That Matter

This partner blog was written together with Check Point Software Technologies following their participation in Orange Cyberdefense Live.

When the invitation to participate in Orange Cyberdefense Live came through, the decision was straightforward. Events like these bring the right people together: decision-makers, security professionals, and partners who are all struggling with the same evolving threat landscape. It felt like exactly the right stage to have meaningful conversations.

A partnership built on shared priorities

Our partnership with Orange Cyberdefense is built on a shared commitment to helping organisations stay ahead of cyber threats. As partners, we work closely together to bring complementary expertise and solutions to joint customers, combining Orange Cyberdefense’s expertise with complementary capabilities in areas such as exposure management and AI security.

In practice, that collaboration translates into real projects and tangible outcomes for customers. Together, we focus on identifying and reducing attack surface exposure, advising on security programme maturity, and increasingly on addressing some of the newer risk vectors that are reshaping how organisations think about protection. It is a partnership grounded in solving problems, not just selling products.

The conversations customers want to have

Walking into the venue on the day of the event, the first thing that struck me was the turnout. The level of attendance was genuinely impressive, and it immediately set the tone for what would follow. The venue itself was excellent: well-chosen, well-organised, and the catering was a welcome touch that kept the energy up throughout the day.

At our booth, the traction we experienced was remarkable. Back-to-back conversations with customers and prospects, very few pauses, and a consistent thread running through almost every dialogue: how to gain a continuous, prioritised view of cyber risk. It is clearly a hot topic right now, and for good reason. Organisations are struggling to move beyond point-in-time assessments. The interest was not just curiosity. It was urgency. Organisations are clearly looking for ways to adopt more continuous, intelligence-driven security practices, and it was great to explore together how this can be applied in practice.

AI security continues to rise up the agenda

Alongside this, AI security was a recurring theme in many conversations. As organisations accelerate the adoption of AI and large language models, questions around governance, data protection, and model security are rapidly moving up the agenda. It was encouraging to explore together how these challenges can be addressed in practice.

Beyond the business conversations, the atmosphere was genuinely enjoyable. Networking flowed naturally, the content programme provided strong talking points, and there was a real sense of community among attendees and partners alike.

A heartfelt thank you to the entire Orange Cyberdefense team for organising such a well-executed event and for including us as partners. We look forward to continuing the conversations started there and to what comes next.
