Due to the recent evolution of the COVID-19 virus, we are obliged to take some precautions to protect our customers, our staff, and others. The most important one is that we ask all our employees to work from home if possible until April 3. SecureLink, part of Orange Cyberdefense monitors the evolution of the situation on a daily basis and will update this messaging when necessary.
We remain actively engaged in the process of service continuity for customers, regardless of this coronavirus epidemic. Our support and managed services activities are ensured. We have the operational and IT capacities to make our teams work and intervene remotely without degradation. If, however, on-site interventions are required, this will be discussed with our Chief Operations Officer. It is important that we assess every situation carefully so we keep the capacity to intervene in case of emergency.
